  • These are average daily calls.
  • We are sharing these calls with you to illustrate the fact that our callers have little to no accent and speak English very well.
  • They are using proven scripts that have been tested and perform well. However, we can also use your scripts and test them for performance.
  • Our outbound callers will never be as proficient as you are on the phone, but they do not need to be in order to find leads and grow your business.
  • We can scale this system to make between 450-750 calls per day, per caller, five days per week.
  • This massive call volume is resulting in an average of 40-50 pre-qualified leads per month, per caller, that we are passing back to you and your team.
  • These recordings are taken from the caller’s computer (on a basic web cam) and this is not an actual recording from our call center software or from the live telephone line during the call. Therefore, the sound quality is not an accurate depiction of a real call.
  • Legally, we cannot share an actual live call with a third party, therefore, this is the best way for us to give you a sample of what our caller’s sound like.
  • Our system is working all over the country, in different cities, and in different types of markets.

Federal Telemarketing Laws
FCC regulations prohibit telemarketers from using automated dialers to call cell phone numbers. We remove them from your list and call them on a standard phone line without a dialer. We also remove everyone who is registered on the DNC list who you do not have an existing business relationship (up to 3 months after last inquiry).

If you ask for phone numbers on your website as an opt-in requirement (and you/we plan on calling them with an autodialer) you must get express consent on the opt-in form.
Opt-In Requirement Language:

Yes, I want to receive special offers! By clicking the "SUBMIT" button below, I expressly authorize ___[SPECIFIC COMPANY NAME(S)]___ to call me or send me recorded messages or texts about their products and services using automated technology to my telephone/cellular number I entered immediately above. I understand that I am not required to consent in order to purchase.

For record-keeping, make sure to capture IP address, time and date stamp, and screenshot (or similar) showing exactly what consumer saw when they consented. Store all this so you can immediately produce for a regulator or court upon request. Burden of proof for consents is on the caller. The consumer merely has to allege they did not consent, and then you will be required to prove consent occurred.
